Mercy
MERCY IN ACTION
Mercy Ministry is aiding someone in need, benefiting someone before yourself. Mercy is an active noun and as believers at All Souls, we are all called to help. We can be the hands and feet of Jesus for others as we care for people who are experiencing challenging circumstances. There are many ways to get involved in mercy ministry in our community.
Mercy Ministry is…
Meal Train: Supplying meals for families with a newborn or for those who are going through a time of grief.
Ministry of Presence: Visiting and encouraging others in the hospital and nursing home.
Connections: Writing notes of encouragement and phone calls.
Sloatsburg Food Pantry: Become a volunteer!
Helping Hands: One time service projects such as helping with yard work, shoveling snow, household needs, etc.
Prayer Support: Prayer, guidance and referral to counseling services.
Support Beyond Tithing: Support that goes towards grocery gift cards, and other needs.
